Announced April 18, [Pathway Health](http://www.pathwayhealth.com/) — which helps long-term care and post-acute facilities with a staff of more than 150 clinicians and technology experts — will help with the rollout and ongoing support for the [Managed Care MASTER](https://www.mcknights.com/products/prime-care-taps-partner-for-app-rollout/article/760849/) application.

"We selected Pathway Health due to its deep knowledge of the post-acute care continuum and nationwide network of expert consultants,” Jim Hoey, CEO of Duluth, GA-based Prime Care Technologies. “As momentum builds for our best practice case-management solution, this partnership will enable us to better support our customers as they work to simplify their managed care processes.”
