While it’s true, Office 365 offers healthcare organizations valuable benefits – cost-effective virtual collaboration, for one – the support can be limited. Providers can’t afford to wait for Microsoft to provide support, when patients are relying on them for quality care.

Office 365 deployment/migration is a tool in our kit, but it’s not always the best one. Instead of letting vendors deciding for you, consider all your options. Here are just a few factors to consider.
